Pathway to peak (postures) practised to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, with an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Pranayama opens the class and we close with guided relaxation.
Mindfulness, inspiration from nature and yoga philosophy gently woven into the classes to bring a deeper experience to your practice on and off the mat.

ON DEMAND CLASSES
A Home Practice gives you the flexibility to practice at a time that suits you. It's a great way to develop and strengthen your practice in addition to attending a weekly 'In person' class or a way to familiarise yourself with the practice before attending a group class.
On demand sessions ranging from 5 mins to 90 mins, designed to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in body and mind. Sessions include Asanas (Postures), Pranayama (breath work), relaxation and meditation.
These are accessed in the members Area for a regular monthly subscription.
OUTDOOR GROUP CLASSES
Pathway to peak (postures) practised to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, with an emphasis on connecting to nature and the elements around and within us.
Mindfulness, inspiration from nature and yoga philosophy gently woven into the classes to bring a deeper experience to your practice on and off the mat.
We practice whatever the weather so dress appropriately to ensure the experience is enjoyable!

Regular Private 121 classes are designed & tailored around you, with more personalised attention, whether you're after a relaxing class to 'soothe' or after a more energising dynamic class to tone & revitalise, transforming body, mind & soul.

Location at a place that suits you either in the comfort of your own home, work or elsewhere, with a date & time to fit with your schedule, "Allowing time for You!"
